Have you read Bimbos of the Death Sun? This is a pretty good plane book. Funny for the con goers in all of us and for simple mystery novels, entertaining.
I prefer my mysteries In The Lake of the Woods-style myself, but then I am The Freelance High Functioning Autistic Comic Genius.
