The [Ninja Turtles] henchmen Bebop and Rocksteady have hijacked the musical genres for us just like the Lone Ranger hijacked the William Tell Overture for our parents.

In Which I Take Exception To fulsome

How well rounded can you be if all you ever post about is music?

Wasn't that actually,

et tu, Brute?

Yes, I think it was.

you punks are lame. Fulsome posts when he has time and something he wants to talk about. I do the same thing.

I don't think he can really help the fact that he's really into indy rock right now.

I mean, we all have things that we like to talk about. For me it's movies and work, for ful it's music and for Chux it's bad poetry or how he forgot to go to a concert.

I think to bag on him for posting on what he has the motivation to spend 20-30 minutes writing up his thoughts on is a little sad.

Ha ha chuckles you're fired. And I don't think you want to put WRN on your resume...

Rereading my comment, I don't think I meant to say that it's sad ... I think I meant more just uncalled for.

I mean WRN went from being 'his place' to one where the 3 of us all post our stuff. But most of the heavy lifting was originally done by Fulsome.

I know Chuckles was just joking (cause seriously, Fulsome is always posting about music) but I just didn't want Fulsome to feel like we're not aware that this is his blog and even though Chuckles and I are contributors, it's actually still his baby.

Oh, I am quite certain that it is his baby. For one thing, his posts are clearly more interesting than mine have been at WRN lately and for another thing, you can't get pregnant the way I was blogging.

That sounded a lot funnier in my head. Which, I suppose, just proves everyone's point.
